Very early on in our franchising process, we realised that due to the fact, so little was know about solar, we needed to help the public understand - "hands-on", how solar thermal works. We began building display units for our franchisees, that could be easily loaded and off-loaded, and for all intensive reasons were a working example. This also helped with staff training.
